Repairs Manager (DLO) - Gloucestershire

Your new role
Joining as an Interim Repairs Manager, you will lead a DLO and direct team of trades operatives and supervisors who are responsible for delivering a day to day responsive maintenance operation across the Gloucestershire and wider region. Your role will include overseeing policy and procedure in relation to day-to-day repairs, including looking at scheduling, quality and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with maintenance supervisors to ensure quality of works are carried out to a high standard, and within budget.


What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this position you will need to have a background in operational management of day to day repair issues within a social housing environment. This could either be working as a supervisor or team leader to trades teams, or at a senior level within a DLO environment.


What you'll get in return
In return, a daily rate of pay is available of between £280 - £300 per day (umbrella), paid on a weekly basis for the duration of your contract. You will receive a contract with initial duration of up to six months, with an extension or opportunity to apply for permanent positions highly likely.
