Facilities Assistant / Caretaker / Site Maintenance

Your new company
Our client is the Estates team for a large education institution in Bournemouth. They are spread across multiple sites, meaning that work could take place in Bournemouth or Poole as required.


Your new role
The emphasis of this role is around delivering post, general caretaking and manual handling across two sites. Work will be completed on a shift basis, with some early starts and late finishes.


What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be able to commit to full-time hours, with shift patterns of 7:00 - 15:00 and 12:00 - 20:00. Physical fitness and good communication skills are very important for this role, as there will be some heavy lifting.
