Your new company
You will work for a Design and Property Consultancy based in Derbyshire. They operate as a multi disciplinary, covering Architecture, Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying and Project Management. They work across a wealth of sectors including: Education, healthcare, commercial and emergency services. They have a large amount of work from the public sector, however they also cover projects across the private sector
Your new role
You will work as a Quantity surveyor, working on a range of projects. You will prepare high quality tender documents, work with contract administration, manage contractors and other consultants throughout the projects, as well as liaising with the customer, delivering excellent customer service and dealing with clients, government bodies and others.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a quantity surveying qualification, as well as experience working for a client side or consultancy. You will have worked with both pre and pre-contract work, and be keen to work on a range of projects. You will ideally be MRICS qualified or equivalent.
