The Cost Management Team of this leading international property & Construction consultancy proactively manage the cost of a building project, from the initial design stages through to the building’s completion and sometimes even the costs incurred through maintenance and operation once the building is up and running.

They are a sector focused business actively operating and investing in Commercial, Data Centre, Residential, Education, Healthcare and Retail clients and projects. Surveyors work in close contact with the client, advising them on financial and legal matters that arise during the project.

They are currently recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor or Associate Quantity Surveyor to join a client focused team within their Cardiff office. This is an exciting opportunity to join and strengthen the Cost Management team and influence the growth of their Cost Management offering across Wales.

The current team works across a range of sectors including residential, commercial, retail, education, regeneration and this remit is sure to expand. You will gain valuable project and client exposure, be given responsibility for your own schemes and team and be offered a platform to progress with genuine support from your team and the wider business to achieve your career goals.
