Your new role
You will primarily be responsible for the coordination of all facilities resources across the business. You will provide administrative support within the facilities department including IT, coordination and ensuring H&S procedures are followed.
You will primarily be responsible for:
- All administrative procedures are in place for external audits
- Help out with manual handling tasks on the yard
- Maintain record of all assets hires by the company on our CAFM system
- Handle inbound telephone enquiries from suppliers and external contractors
- Verify supplier prices and rates and report to the Facilities Manager
- Review processes and make recommendations for cost saving
