site manager/ project manager

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Site or assistant project Manager to take responsibility for all site management responsibilities.
As Site Manager you play an important part for delivering projects in a safe and risk-free environment. This includes management of safety, CDM, issues, risks, and project change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery. The role is covering various MOD camps in and around
Grantham/ Sleaford/ South Lincs/ East Leicestershire. So, you will need to live in the region as you will be on site every day.
You will be responsible for:


; Health and Safety on Site, overseeing external contractor activities
; Managing and reporting on compliance. Producing weekly reports
; Manage the day-to-day project activities and resources and chairs the progress team meetingsl; Manage ongoing quality control and participate in quality issue resolution


About you
You will be an experience construction site manager within a construction environment and/or experience of working within a housing or social housing and have the following
; Trade/ degree or equivalent qualification in suitable construction/ management or Engineering discipline
; IOSH and SMSTS
; CDM knowledge


This role is inside IR35 and PAYE or Umbrella only, NO CIS
