Technical Officer/ COW

Your new company
This is a well known, North West based housing association looking for a technical officer/ clerk of works. Their portfolio is over 30,000 properties, 10,500 of which are Manchester based. Located in South Manchester their office is easily accessible via public transport, though they do have on site parking as well.
Your new role
On daily basis you will be ensuring that work is carried out to a high quality standard, specification and schedule and make regular inspections to ensure compliance is met.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a degree qualified in relevant discipline with great communication and organisation skills. You will have experience and knowledge of UK building regulations, experience working in social housing environment, planning and building regulations, understanding building defects.
