Project Manager

Your new company
This is a well established multi-disciplinary consultancy looking to grow their project management team in Manchester. Their Manchester office has teams across M&E, structures, project management, quantity surveying and building surveying division.

Your new role
In this role you will deliver the day-to-day project management of high rise residential and commercial sector projects as well as be client facing and grow a team around you.
Predominantly working on high rise residential projects with occasional commercial office, retail and industrial sector projects.


What you'll need to succeed
You will be an MRICS chartered or on the way to becoming chartered project manager looking for the next step in your career. As this is a client facing role you will need to have great communication skills. With time, you will also manage junior surveyors, therefore experience managing a team will be beneficial.
