They are looking to recruit an intermediate Quantity Surveyor to work with our internal project team, comprising of structural and mechanical engineers, architects and other specialised consultants.

Your new role
You will work as a Quantity Surveyor, specifically working with estimating for their projects. and working on tenders. You will manage the estimating work for the team, as well as supporting the Quantity Surveyors. You will negotiate rates and tenders with contractors for projects owned by the organisation , whilst liaising with the in house QS team.

What you\'ll need to succeed
You will have experience in Quantity Surveying or Estimating, as well as knowledge of how the contractor industry operates. You will be confident in front of clients and contractors, as well as having knowledge of tender processes and documents. You will be keen to work for a public sector organisation on a permanent basis.
