Assistant Building Surveyor

You will work for a building surveying consultancy based in Leicestershire, who specialise in education projects. They work with academy trusts across the Midlands, and have a growing portfolio.

Your new role
You will work as a Graduate Building Surveyor supporting the Seniors in the team on a range of building surveying duties such as condition surveys, dilapidations, project management, maintenance surveys and much more! You will gain exposure to work to ensure you can complete your APC and become a chartered Surveyor.

What you\'ll need to succeed
You will have a building surveying or related degree or equivalent. You will be keen to work for a growing consultancy who offer a dynamic and fun working environment.
