Senior Building Surveyor

Your new company
You will work for a leading multi disciplinary construction consultancy based in Nottinghamshire. The team offers growth and development, with the opportunity to work on some fantastic projects across the Midlands.

Your new role
You will work as a Senior Building Surveyor, managing a team of Building Surveyors. You will work with NEC and JCT contracts, as well as carrying out schedules, surveys and inspections and the management of schemes across a variety of projects. You will work on projects across the residential, commercial, and industrial sector, and these are within the private and public sector.

What you\'ll need to succeed
You will be an MRICS Building Surveyor, with experience in a consultancy. You will have team management skills, as well as strong technical knowledge. You will be keen to progress within a business, and develop a team.
