Your new company
A property management firm looking after a city centre portfolio of commercial buildings. They are a growing, strong team looking to appoint an assistant or trainee ratings surveyor in Manchester. You will be looking after a locally based portfolio all within 5 min walking distance. The office is easily commutable via public transport in a brand new, beautiful building.
Your new role
Your role as a rating's surveyor will be to liaise with the clients and tenants. You will be office based but will regularly visit the buildings you look after.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a couple of years experience as a ratings surveyor. You will need to be an ambitious individual, demonstrating your hunger for further career growth and development. You will be eligible to work in the UK and have UK experience.
