Job Title: Senior Building Surveyor/ Associate Director
Location: Liverpool, Merseyside
Salary: £50,000-£70,000 basic salary + bonus + excellent benefits package

An international property consultancy and Top 50 Employer in the UK are seeking to expand their commercial building surveying team. With a strong foothold in the UK market delivering projects in the private and public sector who have recently opened offices in Canada and Europe it is a really exciting opportunity to join their building surveying division.

Your new role
Due to recent expansion overseas there is an opportunity to undertake surveying and project work across Europe as well as the North West region. The role of Commercial Building Surveyor will be largely focused on commercial projects with some surveying such as feasibility studies, asset capture surveys, fire integrity surveys and planned programme surveys. Typical building surveying projects include; window and door replacements, refurbishments of public sector buildings and education establishments, listed building renovations, roof replacements etc. Project values ranging from £200k - £1million. Supported by an inhouse design team you will be responsible for the design, specification and project delivery.

Locally in the UK projects and survey work will be across the North West, however for those that have a desire to travel there is an opportunity to undertake surveys and projects across Europe. This is exciting time to join the business at a time of growth within their brand new refurbished state of the art Liverpool office.

They offer a flexible working arrangement, part working from home and part working from the office with flexibility on start and finish times.

What you\'ll need to succeed
The successful Senior Building Surveyor/ Associate Director must be able to demonstrate a proven background as a Commercial Building Surveyor and be MRICS qualified or working towards qualification.
