Housing Support Worker - Salford

I am looking for Housing Support workers for permanent work in Salford paying up to £25k per annum. The role is across a small patch of dispersed properties in Salford, supporting a caseload of tenants in short term temporary accommodation. You will provide housing advice and guidance including tenancy sustainment, signposting, registering with facilities and amenities. You will support tenants to keep their rent up to date, manage low level ASB, ensure properties are complaint and report any repairs.
The role is full time, Monday to Friday working 9am to 5pm. To be considered for this role you must have at least 6 months experience in supported housing or similar services such as recovery services, care leaver provisions, and hostels.
