Your new company
We are seeking a talented Surveying Project Manager to lead on major repair works for a prominent social housing landlord based in the North Somerset and Bristol region. Your new role
You will lead a team of Surveying Project Managers whilst also working on your own caseload, managing a portfolio of projects alongside day-to-day scoping of works, offering technical support where required. Your role will involve ensuring that delivery teams and contractors carry out the correct repair works on time, to budget, and in line with the required standards. You will assign projects within your team and manage the quality of repairs undertaken across the region, ensuring that performance is managed in accordance with property services targets.


What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this position you will need to demonstrate experience in delivering response repairs, preferably in social housing. Further to this, you will need a formal building qualification which could be a HND or HNC, or degree equivalent. Some proven line management experience is essential, as well as a track record in delivering large scale building projects.


What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive a starting salary of £46,500 per year, however that salary is only a small part of your total reward package. You will also receive 33 days leave each year alongside the option to purchase additional days off and access to an enhanced pension scheme. A comprehensive healthcare package is also available, which includes discounted dental treatment, optical vouchers, £100 per year towards a general health screening, and access to virtual GP service.
