Surveying Project Manager - North Somerset

Your new company
We are seeking a talented Surveying Project Manager to lead on major repair works for a prominent social housing landlord based in the North Somerset and Bristol region. Your new role
Your role will give you responsibility for delivering a high quality and customer focused service to homes across the North Somerset and Bristol region. Your role will involve taking ownership of complex projects from inception through to completion, ensuring that repairs are project managed to meet deadlines and within budget. You will survey and identify building defects, conducing building pathology testing, and prepare plans, attend pre-build meetings and contribute to the day to day delivery of construction works.


What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this position you will need to have previous experience in delivering response repairs, preferably in social housing. You'll need to be able to carry out building diagnostics, and have a working knowledge of schedule of rates.


What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive a starting salary of £44,650 per year, however that salary is only a small part of your total reward package. You will also receive 33 days leave each year alongside the option to purchase additional days off and access to an enhanced pension scheme.
