**Position:** Planning Team Manager
**Salary:** Up to £37,000 per year

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead a team of seven professionals, including repair schedulers and administrators, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery of services.
- Oversee the planning and scheduling of repairs and maintenance activities, optimising resources and minimising disruptions to residents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and streamlined processes.
- Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and develop strategies for continuous improvement.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, nurturing professional growth and skill development.

**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in team management, ideally within a housing or property management context.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for scheduling and task management.
- An understanding of housing regulations and maintenance practices is desirable.
