Senior/ Associate Surveyor

Your new company
Global consultancy looking predominantly after commercial properties UK wide. Based in Manchester you will be part of the North West property management team looking after commercial office space, mixed use retail and industrial properties. The Manchester office as a whole is 150 people strong with the property management team being 6 head strong. This is a freshly renovated, open-plan office with beautiful facilities and easy public transport links.
Your new role
They are looking for a commercial surveyor, senior or AD level to look after a range of commercial properties in the North West including offices, industrial and retail properties.
You will be responsible for liaising with tenants, inspecting properties and making sure they are all compliant. You will also be involved in lease reviews and renewals and attending client meetings. This role relies heavily on good communication skills, attention to detail and excellent knowledge of service charges.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a chartered member of RICS with UK commercial property management experience. This role is client facing and so you will be able to build and maintain long-lasting relationships with the clients.This is a great opportunity if you are a senior surveyor looking to take the next step in your career.
