Your new role
Due to project development the position of Works Manager (Non-Infra) has become available to join the Anglian Water framework. The current scheme is creating hundreds of kilometres of new, interconnecting pipelines to help combat the impact of climate change and keep fresh, clean water flowing across the Anglian Water region. The new network is one of the largest infrastructure projects for a generation and is a complex and challenging major infrastructure project.
Main Duties

• Ensure the coordination of a section of works on a larger project or entire medium sized project or several smaller projects
• Carry out regular safety and environmental inspections and implement recommended courses of action as identified from progress monitoring and management inspections
• Champions Sustainability Safety, Health and Environment by putting personal safety and wellbeing at the heart of everything we do and helping the environment and communities to thrive
• Having integrity by always doing the right thing in the right way

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience in stakeholder management; including customers, client, site operators, landowners and utility companies
• Experienced in leading multi-contractor and multi-disciplined teams
• Must be customer focussed by striving for excellence through understanding, anticipating and meeting their needs
