Disrepair Surveyor

Your new company
This is a well known, North West based housing association looking for a disrepair surveyor. Their portfolio is over 30,000 properties, 10,500 of which are Manchester based. Located in South Manchester their office is easily accessible via public transport, though they do have on site parking as well.
Your new role
In this role you will look after Manchester central patch of properties, delivering disrepair surveys, complex repairs, planned bigger repairs including kitchens, bathrooms, roof replacement and post inspections. You will make sure that the work on these properties is carried out correctly to a high standard.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced building surveyor having worked with housing associations for few years. You will have great communication skills, be able to deliver work on time and have excellent knowledge of building defects. Qualified to an HND/ HNC level.
What you'll get in return
This is a 3-month temporary contract that may potentially be extended. It offers a competitive hourly rate of £25 - £28 per hour. The office offers on site parking and mileage paid from the office location.
