Your new company are an exciting multidisciplinary engineering consultancy that provide specialist civil structural design solutions to their varied base and have nearly 150 employees working across 4 UK office locations.

Projects include luxury high-rise estates, Grade II* listed building renovations, city centre retail redevelopments, football stadia, university campuses and much more!

Your new role
In your new role as a Senior or Principal Structural Engineer you will contribute to the detailed and conceptual design of projects as well as checking the drawings and calculations of others. Briefing and managing junior engineers and technicians, as well as attending site visits and project meetings will be key elements of your role.

Technical report writing, deadline management and hands on development of junior engineers are all important tasks that you will be involved with.

What you\'ll need to succeed
In order to succeed you will need a minimum of a BEng in Civil Engineering and at least 5 years\' of relevant UK experience. Furthermore, software experience with AutoCAD and Tekla Tedds is essential with other relevant software such as Tekla Structural Designer and Revit desirable.

Technical expertise in the design of varied structures across the residential, commercial, industrial and leisure sectors is also needed to succeed.

For Principal Engineers applying, Chartership with the ICE or IStructE is highly desirable.
