You will be contributing to the technical delivery of highway engineering projects and technical input of multidisciplinary schemes.
You will be designing a variety of maintenance and new build highway alignments such as link roads, junctions, pavements, roundabouts and other interesting pieces of UK infrastructure. These projects vary across Local Authority and National Highway clients, as well as with major contractors and developers. It is important that you contribute to the maintenance and development of these relationships.

In order to succeed you will need a minimum of a BEng in Civil Engineering, and at least 3 years\' UK experience in highway engineering. Demonstrable experience of technical highways design within multidisciplinary schemes will also be essential, and a strong comprehension of technical standards such as DMRB, related to highway design with experience in seeking approval where necessary.
Experience of detailed design using AutoCAD is essential, with Civil3d software also highly desirable for the Senior position.

You will also be opted into a fantastic pension scheme whereby your new company will double your contribution up to 6% i.e. 5% personal contribution, 10% by employer.
You will also be enrolled onto ICE accredited mentorship schemes to assist with your personal chartership goals, that will result in an immediate salary review and potential promotion.
