The Caerphilly Homes Strategy and Development Team are on the look-out for a skilled Construction Manager with experience of working in a housing, regeneration or construction related environment. Tasked with delivering 1000 new, low carbon, affordable homes by 2033 this is an exciting opportunity to be part of an evolving and committed team.

Demonstrable experience of matrix-managing multiple construction projects using a recognised project management approach is critical as is wider knowledge of governance, procurement, contract management and financial systems and procedures.
