Income Officer

We are looking for an income officer to join our team in Warrington. You will be responsible for managing a caseload of tenants who are in arrears or have outstanding debts. You will work closely with them to provide advice, support and solutions to help them pay their rent and avoid legal action. You will also liaise with other agencies and partners to maximise income and prevent homelessness.
This is a temporary vacancy lasting for approximately 6 months, with the possibility of extension. You will work hybrid, meaning you can work from home or from the office, depending on your preference and the needs of the service. You will work Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with some flexibility. You will be paid up to £22 per hour, depending on your skills and experience.

• A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle
