Hays are delighted to working with a large housing association to recruit for these roles. They are seeking a plumber to cover their Berkshire housing stock.
Your new role
Your main responsibilities will be working on domestic 1st and 2nd fix planned works and reactive repairs, collaborating with other trades and staff, upholding health and safety standards, liaising with customer and tenants. You will be working on bathrooms, pipework, sundry, and cold water tanks. You will be working Monday to Friday, 40 hours. You will have the opportunity to work out of hours and earn overtime.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have a NVQ level2 in Plumbing (or equivalent) as a minimum, full UK driving licence and prior experience working in occupied premises and working in a customer service role. A CSCS card is desirable.
