Community Safety Officer Job Available

Community Safety Officer to join our housing association team. (Temporary Agency)

£23 to £26 per hour

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Addressing Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) concerns within our housing community.
- Collaborating with residents, local authorities, and law enforcement to mediate conflicts and find effective solutions.
- Utilising your excellent communication skills to educate residents about community guidelines and regulations.
- Assessing the severity of ASB cases and implementing appropriate interventions.
- When necessary, escalating cases to court and serving legal notices.
- Maintaining accurate records of incidents and actions taken.

**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in community safety, law enforcement, or related fields is preferred.
- Strong understanding of housing regulations and legal procedures related to ASB.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented.

**Salary:** £23 to £26 per hour
