Working for one of the Top 5 FM providers in the UK, they are trusted partners of Government – both national and local – managing assets and complex projects that are vital to the sustainable growth of the country.




As a Client Relationship Partner, you will be working within a clearly defined space that is either within the Ministry of Justice probation services or central government agencies, building on existing senior relationships with the aim of identifying business opportunities and postioning the organisation in a strong position for bidding for future contracts. As such it is essential that you have experience of working within this client space: The MOJ; DWP; GPA; Home office; or have worked for an external organisation working with these clients.


At the core of this role is the ability to network within the client end user and influence at many levels and build the relationship.


The role will include:
Building external relationships • Directing strategic marketing • Developing proposals and presentations • Relationship management (hold excellent relationship development and management skills to build both internal and external relationships). • Strategic planning to develop long-term growth strategies; take a high-level view of company goals and objectives to drive business growth. • Writing winning bids and to be highly competent in solution design and bid writing to ensure customer requirements and solution benefits are clearly articulated throughout the proposal • Ability to understand the strategic direction and goals of the business supporting growth • Must have well-developed capabilities at problem-solving and crafting efficient processes
Maintain excellent relationships and after sales support to build mutual confidence in line with the agreed business strategy. To identify and build a long-term active pipeline, exploring both existing markets and targeting new market opportunities. Use innovative means to develop new sources of profitable business


About you
Above all you -must demonstrate a strong sense of customer focus and promote a sense of really wanting to understand what makes their business tick and how they want it to be run. You will be adept at influencing Procurement decisions.
You will ideally have a senior management background working within the MOJ or another central Government department • Experience of straddling multiple business streams at a Senior Management level ; Experience of successfully delivering high level presentations • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Must be able to influence others and open doors at the most senior levels (Director General, or Deputy DG level) and engender confidence in senior managers through both face-to-face, telephone and written communication. ; Self-motivated. To work as part of a multidisciplinary team, providing support to other areas of the business on occasions, as required. • Be self-sufficient: able to work on your own as well as in a team.
