Your new company
Your New Company is a leading contractor that specialises in delivering high-quality bank fitouts across the UK. They are looking for a site manager to join their team on a freelance basis for 3+ months.
Your new role
As a site manager, you will be responsible for:

Planning and coordinating the day-to-day operations of the site
Ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget and to the highest standards of quality and safety
Managing and supervising the site staff and subcontractors
Liaising with the client, consultants and other stakeholders
Reporting on the progress and performance of the project
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you will need:

A valid CSCS card, SMSTS certificate and First Aid certificate
A strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and regulations
Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
A flexible and proactive approach to work
