Your new company
This property consultancy is located close to Manchester City Centre in Hume. They employ circa 25 people in Manchester, including site based staff. You will have the opportunity to work alongside project managers, building surveyors and quantity surveyors. Their office is open plan, vibrant with great amenities, such as gym, showers, table football and on site parking.
Your new role
You will be working alongside an experienced quantity surveyor on commercial projects, including retail parks, industrial sheds and the company is also starting to work within social housing. Their projects are North West based where you will be involved pre- and post-contract, delivering estimates, costings, tendering and final accounts.
What you'll need to succeed
This employer is looking for an ambitious graduate quantity surveyor and above who has at least 12 months experience either as a placement or post qualification. Ideally having worked on commercial retail parks or industrial sheds with great communication skills.
