Graduate Building Surveyor

We are delighted to collaborate exclusively with a reputable multi-disciplinary consultancy located in Saffron Walden, who are seeking a talented individual to join their team. With a rich history of over 40 years, this practice consists of chartered surveyors and chartered architects who specialise in providing comprehensive in-house design and management services for a wide range of building projects, from inception to completion.


Your new role
As the newest member of the team, you will join a supportive group of surveyors based in Saffron Walden. Under the guidance of a partner within the consultancy, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with clients in higher education, leisure, and residential sectors, gaining hands-on experience in project management from start to finish. This role will allow you to develop a well-rounded skillset in traditional building surveying and enhance your project management capabilities.


What you'll need to succeed
To excel in this role, it is preferable to possess a building surveying degree that is RICS accredited. We are seeking individuals who are genuinely passionate about the surveying industry, demonstrate initiative in problem-solving, and thrive in collaborative environments.
