Leading international, independent real estate consultancy are looking for an experienced, efficient, and enthusiastic Associate to join their Development Monitoring team after another fantastic year across their real estate sectors.

You will take ownership of and manage existing relationships with high-profile clients and lead on unique projects of multi-million pound value.

MRICS ideally, you will have a strong background providing Development Monitoring services, be client-facing, confident with business development experience and be motivated to grow the service/team.

Experience of working on multi-million pound value projects and knowledge of industrial/logistics sector beneficial.
