Building Surveyor (Freelance)

Freelance Building Surveyor opportunity is available on pt / flex hours in Leeds.

Your new company
Working for our Nationwide client who are looking to a freelance Building Surveyor to join their design practice in Leeds.

Your new role
You will be working across a number of projects across a range of sectors, managing client relationships and service delivery, carrying out condition and measured surveys and generating due diligence inspection and reports and feasibility studies.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced Building Surveyor and will be able to demonstrate your knowledge across contract such as JCT and NEC. You will need to have a full membership of RICS or MCIOB, full understanding of CDM regulations, some AutoCAD knowledge would be good and be a great communicator
