So what exactly do we do?  

Higgins offers a fully integrated complement of civil construction services and infrastructure products. This means we've got a wide variety of roles on offer.  

We are looking for people to fill the following roles: 

Regional Managers  

Provide leadership and management ensuring safe, sustainable, profitable growth – lead a significant sized regional contracting business, responsible for people, plant, and manufacturing resources, finance and commercial - the full remit!  

Project Managers / Construction Managers / Project Engineers / Operations Managers 

We’re seeking road maintenance, civil infrastructure and surfacing (sealing and asphalt) professionals and engineers with experience working on projects ranging from NZD $1mil - $50mil. 

We also have excellent opportunities on offer for skilled roading and civil infrastructure project managers with track records delivering projects between NZD $20 – $50m. We’ve got a wide range of projects on the horizon to be delivered!  

Maintenance Contract Managers 

Get involved in long term maintenance contracts working in an integrated team environment with an outcome-based and collaborative delivery approach to meeting the network needs. We’re looking for experienced road maintenance or network contract managers with experience in asset management, programming and resource scheduling – alongside strong collaboration skills.
