Are you a chartered MRICS Building Surveyor / Project Manager with experience of working on listed buildings, running internal and external refurbishment projects up to £2M and PPM programmes? If so we have a fantastic opportunity for a Central London Estate, working with the Director of Estates as Head of Projects. To be considered you will be / have:
- MRICS Building Surveyor / Project Manager
- Experience of running projects £1M upwards
- Knowledge of Building Fabric and in particular Historic Building Fabric
- Condition surveys
- Defect Diagnosis
- Experience of working within live environments
