Architectural Technician | Cat B Fit-Out | Revit | 4 week contract

Hays are sourcing a Revit proficient Architectural Technician for a short term contract (approx 4 weeks) to work with a reputable consultancy in Glasgow.

Your new role & What you'll need to succeed
Working to a tight deadline, you will be tasked with producing consolidated drawing packages on Revit for a Cat B fit-out on a £1M commercial project in the city centre.

You will be working solely on Revit to produce drawings, so previous experience experience and proficiency using the software is essential. Given the quick turnaround on this job, it is also necessary for you to have worked on projects of a similar nature / scale in the past.


What you'll get in return
This will be an interesting job to work on, for a high profile commercial project in Glasgow city centre. The contract is expected to last for approx 4 weeks, making it an appealing option to those who are either in-between contracts, or looking to supplement their own workload with something short term.

Ideally, you will be available to offer 35 hours per week, working both remotely and in the Glasgow office, however there is flexibility on both the working hours and location.

IR35 determination will be assessed on a case by case basis.
