Independent property Business seeking a Property Manager and PA based in Chester. (Part-time or Full Time).

Your new company
An independent property management business and consultancy with a North West property portfolio of properties including HMOs, buy to lets and commercial units are looking at expanding their business. Based out of their Chester office they are seeking a part-time Property Property Manager to undertake a range of property management, business development and PA support to the Managing Director.

Your new role
The Property Manager will be tasked with responsibility of managing a small portfolio of properties within the North West and encourage growth of this portfolio. Duties of the role to include:

• Preparation of tenancy agreements, collection of deposits and monitoring landlord regulations.
• Implement a system to track, monitor, forecast finances and manage rent collections and financial outgoings.
• Inspection of properties and raising any areas that require repairs or maintenance work.
• Managing property utilities and arranging for relevant health and safety checks.
• Acting as a point of contact in the business for tenants.
• Acting as a point of contact for new business enquiries and supporting the Director in monitoring operational business planning.
• Producing sales forecasts and providing updates on key client activity and projects.
• Online business promotion and management of marketing campaigns

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal Property Manager will be able to demonstrate a background in property management, customer service skills and be highly organised. This is an excellent opportunity for a Property Manager to take on a varied role working directly with the MD of a small growing business. This is a standalone role so will suit someone who wants to make the position their own and play an integral supporting role in the property function of an ambitious growing business.
