An exciting opportunity to join a Key Client in the Chemical Manufacturing industry with the opportunity to progress. My client are a Global Leader in their industry who I am thrilled to be working with who deliver comprehensive solutions to over 170 countries across the world.


Your new role

You will report directly into the Plant Manager where you will be supporting all SHE matters for the chemical processing plant and supporting operations. This is a Top Tier COMAH site so you will be required to manage all aspects of SHE and manage the safety management systems.

• Compliance with COMAH and ensuring site standards laid out in the COMAH safety report are maintained and updated when required
• Integrated SHE Management System ownership and maintenance, ensuring procedural compliance to ISO systems
• Waste management oversight
• Lead in Process Safety assessment and analysis.
• Action monthly KPI's regards to SHE

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree or Diploma in safety related discipline preferable
• Experience in safety management field, especially in the Chemical Industry
• HAZOP and LOPA knowledge preferable

What you'll get in return

The role is full time and permanent offering a salary up to £55,000. Investment in your career and training, 25 days holiday plus 8 days Bank Holiday, 4% Flexible Benefits Allowance.
