We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Site Manager to oversee and manage the operations of construction sites, ensuring the successful completion of projects. The Site Manager will be responsible for coordinating and supervising all on-site activities, including personnel management, safety compliance, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership abilities, and exceptional problem-solving skills.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role in construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams to achieve project goals.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on finding practical solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong relationships with project stakeholders.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various construction sites as required.
