Design and Build Contractor with an exceptional market position require Estimator to drive precon.

Your new company
Our client are a market leader in their sector which is the design and build of specialist industrial and manufacturing facilities for a select group of premium clients. As their business grows they are seeking to appoint a commercially savvy construction professional to an Estimating position.


Your new role
The vast majority of our clients work is design and build and our client offer a full turn key solution so as their Estimator you will often be working on a contract which will be negotiated rather than tendered on the open market. Your role as estimator will be take the tender from initial discussions with the client and assist the construction directors in pulling together an accurate price and budget. You will be closely working with our client's team of specialist contractors in compiling competitive prices along with working with our clients in house design team to ensure the design and pricing match up with clients requirements.


What you'll need to succeed
Our client are seeking an estimator with experience of working with complex design and build projects. You may be working for a main contractor and are seeking to try something a bit different out of the hustle and bustle of the open tender market. As our clients projects are on the complex side with layers of complex M&E requirements a candidate working as an estimator for a leading M&E contractor who understands design and build may also be of interest. You must be client focused and collaborative and enjoy producing accurate and deployable estimates.
