Full Time Building Manager
Mon-Fri
8:30-5pm
£35-38k

You will be responsible for the management of a Grade A commercial space totalling circa 40,000 sqft. You will oversee the management of the property and ensure the building is maintained to the highest standards in line with the compliance and H&S requirements.

Primary responsibilities include:

- Oversee all hard & soft services
- Budget control for the building
- Maintain all H&S procedures including fire risk assessments and legionella testing
- Sub-contractor management
- Be involved in tenancy negotiations and day to day relationship management
- Be the point of contact for all issues within the building

What you'll need to succeed

- Experience working in a facilities/building manager role
- Recognised H&S qualification IOSH or NEBOSH
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of building safety regulations

What you'll get in return

£35,000 - £38,000 depending on experience
