IT Project Manager

6-Month Contract (with view to extend), Outside IR35, Hybrid Working, Milton Keynes based

Your new role

A highly experienced Project Manager is required for our leading client based in Milton Keynes. You will own and manage the delivery of various upgrade and implementation projects from planning and governance phase through to service transition and support.

What you'll need to succeed

• Extensive project management experience
• Manage stakeholders across various areas of the business and brands/functions
• Create project plan by working closely with SME's and stakeholders and own this through the delivery of the next phase of the projects
• Manage and own forecasting and budgets
• Business case reviews
• Manage project reporting and portfolio governance
• Closely manage the projects risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies via project logs
• Liaise and work closely with suppliers
• Manage key system updates
• Service transition - manage project through to delivery and handover to service support
• Keep momentum ensuring project is in line with plan and competition
• Automotive industry experience - highly desirable
• Excellent stakeholder communication and management skills
• Clear verbal, written and presentation communication skills
