Exciting Contracts Manager Role - Rapidly Growing Contractor - Residential Projects


Your new company
An award winning regional sub-contractor who have been running for over 45 years, who have grown exponentially over the last 10 years. They cover projects including new build commercial and residential, refurbishment and fit out and retrofit to increase efficiency of buildings.

Your new role
As a Contract Manager you will be supporting sustainability projects mostly on residential properties across the Midlands. You will be overseeing around 10 site managers, on retrofit projects to increase the efficiency of the buildings external walls. You will also be responsible for keeping projects on budget, time and making sure the resources are utilised properly.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience of residential projects as a Contract/Project or Site Manager with proven results bringing projects in on time, budget and required quality. You will be an excellent communicator who can drive and lead teams to hit targets of quality and time.
You will have an SMSTS and be keen to develop with a fast growing subcontractor.
