Whether working on Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) schemes or construct only works, we always endeavour to share best practice and deliver progressive solutions by engaging as early as possible with our customers to maximise innovation, efficiency, and cost savings.

Your new role
You'll maintain commercial information to the contract, satisfying the needs of both the customer and Client in terms of reporting contract commercial performance, whilst contributing to achieving the appropriate commercial result through the provision of accurate financial reporting. Managing subcontractor supplier accounts, financially and contractually, you'll identify, secure and deliver the business forecast in both turnover and margin, ensuring compliance with all contractual requirements.

What you'll need to succeed
An experienced Surveyor, you'll ideally be educated to BSc in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent commercially related discipline), working towards a professional membership (e.g. RICS.CIOB) and will hold a relevant CSCS Card. With detailed knowledge of company management systems including Commercial and Financial, you'll ideally have worked on Educational, Healthcare, Leisure or Defence schemes between £5 million and £20 million, with the ability to manage and effectively monitor sub-contractors with little supervision.

A full UK driving licence is essential.
