Senior Drainage Engineer based in Stockport


Your new company
Your new company is a Civil & Structural engineering consultancy with their head office located in Stockport, Manchester. They work on a varied range of schemes which include high-end residential, leisure, retail, energy waste buildings and theme parks. They are a driven organisation which have a family-orientated mentality towards their staff, meaning they work hard but don't micro-manage.

Your new role
Your new role will see you working as a senior drainage engineer and will be working on the wide range of schemes which your new company operates on. You will also be attending site meetings, aiding junior staff, liaise with local and water authorities and use your design software to complete conceptual and detailed designs. You will oversee the drainage team as a whole, which can be done remotely if not located near on the offices, and guide them with your FRA and strategic knowledge.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will be an expert with design software's AutoCAD and Microdrainage. You will also have excellent British Standards knowledge, FRA repertoire and the want to manage and grow a team.
