Project Manager - 6 month rolling contract - up to £350 per day - East Midlands based - NHS

Hays Building Services are seeking several Project Managers (M&E) to work on a range of projects for an NHS Trust based in the East Midlands.

Your new role
Your primary responsibility will be to deliver numerous works schemes from £15k to a few million for which you will assess the requirement, agree the solution, determine the cost, appoint contractors, manage and deliver the work. You will have a with a hands-on approach throughout the duration of the projects, predominantly working with JCT contracts so previous experience is essential.

What you'll need to succeed

• Relevant professional qualifications (Building Services).
• Experience in a Project Management role for the NHS would be beneficial.
• Awareness of HTM's.
• Experience managing multiple lower valued projects at one time.
• JCT contract knowledge.
