Your new company
A well-established regional House Builder, based in Northamptonshire, who is currently mainly working on new build private housing, targeted at upmarket clients. The business has seen strong financial growth since covid19 and has got a good record of internal promotion, based on recognised performance.
Your new role
As a Site Manager you will be responsible for the day to day running of a site, including coordinating trades staff, ordering and coordinating materials, setting regular reporting and planning meetings, health and safety, plan of works, RAMs and supporting trades were required to ensure the projects are completed on time and budget.
What you'll need to succeed
As an established Site Manager, you will have experience of commercial and residential projects, you will have taken projects from inception to completion under budget and within the set timeframe.
You will be a natural leader with a passion for high quality finishes and strong focus on health and safety procedures.

- Annual salary in-between £45 - 60k (Depending on Experience)
