Facilities Engineer

Full Time Facilities Engineer - Electrical Bias - 34-36k

Your new role
You will be joining an established department leading constant improvement and providing first class delivery.

Your duties will include:

- PPM visits and reactive repairs of plant rooms, air units, cold water boosters, pumps
- Performing electrical reactive/PPM calls
- Plant room checks
- Manage CAFM system
- HVAC maintenance
- Management of sub contractors

What you'll need to succeed
Requirements:


- Experience in Facilities Management sector
- Knowledge of SFG20
- 18th edition
- 2391 inspection and testing
- JIG gold
