Maintenance Assistant

Hays Recruitment are Recruiting for two Maintenance Assistant to join the team at the University of East Anglia on a temporary basis for an immediate start.

You will be working through a checklist of basic maintenance in the rooms within the Accommodation Buildings.
The role will be working through the checklist and highlighting any areas that need to be addressed and passed on the required tradesmen in the maintenance team

You will be required to perform basic repairs: change lightbulbs, replace missing screws and other minor repairs.

To do well in this role you ideally will have similar experience in a previous maintenance based role although this is not essential.

The working hours are Monday to Friday, 7.30am to 4pm
The rate of pay is £12 per hour including holidays.
Free Parking on site.

This is an immediate start for the right person and is expected to last at least 6 weeks but will highly likely run for several months for the right person.
