Your new company
You will be joining a well established social housing organisation in the heart of Birmingham. You will be joining a welcoming team to provide a professional and knowledgeable service to assist with delivering homes and services across the Midlands to enable people to live as independently as possible.

Your new role
To support the delivery of customer focused tenancy management services within a specialist team.
The Tenancy Services team manages the behaviours of our customers (ASB, Safeguarding, Tenancy Fraud and other breaches of tenancy conditions) by working collaboratively and proactively with internal and external partners, to ensure our service first ethos is delivered to a high standard.
As an advisor, you will support case officers and be responsible for a caseload of a wide range of housing management services, including tenancy sustainment, untidy gardens, tenancy change requests and mutual exchanges.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have previous experience working in the social housing sector as a housing officer or similar role. You will also need to provide reference derails for your two most recent employers. This role is a temporary contract for 4 weeks, so immediate availability is required.
