Job Details
Our client, a national landlord is looking to expand their Capital Projects team with a Senior Building Surveyor based in their Manchester office. The main purpose of the role is to assist the business on all property related matters. With responsibility for planning and delivering our clients repair and maintenance programme to the vacant estate and well as offering technical advice to the portfolio.
To be considered you will have:
- Demonstrable experience in delivering a maintenance and capital improvement works programme for national / regional portfolios Educated to Degree level Assoc / Member RICS / CIOB or equivalent Experience of working with heritage buildings would be advantageous.
